GP Appointments

We are operating telephone triage model for our on the day, urgent appointments, and non-urgent appointments.

We will endeavour to give you an appointment with your clinician of choice in an urgent medical matter but this may not always be possible and you will be offered an appointment with whichever doctor is available.

Remote consultations will take place initially with our GPs to minimise risk of infection. Face to face reviews will be arranged if clinically required.

Alternatively, you may want to consider using our online consultation tool e-consult. The system will ask you questions which help us to gather information about your concerns ahead of any consultation. We use this information to ensure that you are directed to the right person if a consultation is needed or your query is resolved quickly if no consultation is needed. You can also use this system to make an administrative query.

Please note pre-booked appointments are only for problems (Eg: to discuss non urgent results) which can wait more than two weeks.
